We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead (Full Stack) who can drive end-to-end development, lead a team of engineers, and architect scalable, high-performance applications. This role blends technical leadership with active coding and collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.

As an Tech Lead, you will –

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
  • Architect scalable and maintainable systems (frontend + backend).
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and career growth.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
  • Drive adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.
  • Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications.
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Open-source contributions or technical blogging.

As an Tech Lead, you must have -

  • Strong experience in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar).
  • Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL
  • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of system design and architecture.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and quality.
