Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media calendar - Manage the social editorial calendars and ensure the integration of brand, product & social impact initiatives.
  • Content Development - Coordinate social media content development.
  • Measurement - Report on performance indicators like engagement and followers etc. 
  • Processes - Implement global processes, tooling, and best practices to optimize & improve the social charter
  • Integration with brand & product marketing - Liaise with the marketing, design, and product teams to optimize campaign creatives for social channels.


  • At least 3+ years of experience working with social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter) and working on creative and innovative social media campaigns, preferably in a B2B fintech startup.
  • Should be able to plan and execute clutter-breaking & culture-shaping creative campaigns to increase relevant followers on social media platforms.
  • Should be able to engage with the relevant audiences on social media platforms and manage executive’s profiles.
  • Deep understanding of leveraging social media in marketing campaigns (With partners or across the website).
  • Strong track record of integrating social with brand strategy and demonstrating brand uplift & business results.
  • Strong project management skills, experience with managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • The ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment.
  • Specialist in developing social marketing strategies that are native to each channel and that can deliver tangible results.
  • Partner with the design team to brief and create original content.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and use social data to inform decision-making.
  • At the groundbreaking of social trends and culture, knowing how to harness them while maintaining brand values.
  • Deep understanding of how paid and organic content and strategies work together.
  • Experience working for a global brand or matrix organization will be a plus.
