We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Designer to own the visual execution of Skeps’ brand across all touchpoints-from enterprise sales materials to web experiences. This role blends visual storytelling, UX/UI design, and revenue-critical asset creation, requiring someone who can translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling, and polished outputs. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong eye for design, deep attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Own

Sales & Revenue-Critical Assets (Primary Focus)

  • Enterprise pitch decks (templated + custom)
  • RFPs, proposals, and executive-facing materials
  • One-pagers, case studies, and vertical-specific collateral
  • Visual frameworks to support platform storytelling

Web & UX/UI Design (No Development)

  • Design high-converting web pages, landing pages, and site sections (Figma)
  • Create wireframes and mockups grounded in UX/UI best practices
  • Optimize layout, hierarchy, and messaging for conversion
  • Partner with developers for seamless handoff and implementation

Visual Storytelling & Systems

  • Translate complex fintech concepts into clean, intuitive visuals
  • Build diagrams, frameworks, and reusable design systems
  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints

Motion, Animation & Iconography

  • Create lightweight motion graphics and animations for:
    • Product storytelling
    • Social and LinkedIn content
    • Website enhancements
  • Develop custom iconography and visual elements to simplify complex ideas.
  • Elevate overall brand polish through thoughtful micro-interactions and visual detail.

Digital & Campaign Support

  • Design LinkedIn graphics and campaign assets
  • Support launches, announcements, and PR visuals
  • Contribute to ongoing brand evolution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8+ years of marketing/brand design experience (in-house or agency) specializing in B2B, fintech (preferably), or SaaS design
  • Experience with brand systems and designing for multiple verticals or industries while maintaining visual consistency and cohesion
  • Strong portfolio showcasing:
    • Enterprise-level creative work creating polished sales collateral including B2B pitch decks, RFPs, digital assets, and social media graphics
    • Familiarity with UX/UI wireframing and modern web design best practices
    • Data visualization and ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling materials
  • Experience with motion design and video/animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
  • Ability to create custom iconography and visual systems
  • High proficiency in:
    • Figma
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • PowerPoint / Google Slides (non-negotiable)
  • Ability to think strategically while executing quickly
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and tight deliverable timelines.
