 Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of product workflows and data capture across the lending lifecycle (application, underwriting, approval, billing) to ensure accurate and reliable analytics.
  • Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for key product metrics such as funnel performance, approval rates, billing metrics, and feature adoption.
  • Analyze user behaviour and product data to identify trends, anomalies, and conversion drop-offs, and provide actionable insights to improve product performance.
  • Define success metrics and support the design, execution, and analysis of product experiments (e.g., A/B testing).
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting systems and proactively identify gaps in tracking or instrumentation.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of product metrics, experimentation frameworks, and user behaviour analysis.
  • Experience working with APIs, event tracking, and modern data stacks is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $50,000 – $105,000 per year
