As an Engineering Manager, you will –

• Apart from writing amazing codes, lead the organisation's strategy from a technical aspect to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Manage team sprints and ensure operational efficiency for team.
• Be Managing timely delivery of commitments by providing necessary direction to team.
• Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal targets.
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.
• Use stakeholders' feedback to device necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

As an Engineering Manager, you must have -

• 4+ years of NodeJS experience.
• 4+ years of team management experience.
• 8+ years of experience in building end-to-end full stack products.
• Have Experience with building production systems for a start-up or an Organisation.
• Have Good command over NodeJS and its internals is expected.
• Have Knowledge about Ethereum blockchain desirable.
• Be comfortable with RESTful web services/ APIs using ExpressJS.
• Be comfortable with server-side technologies as well - Node.js, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Git etc.
• Have Good command over cloud infrastructure AWS (preferred), MS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Have Keen attention for detail and should be obsessed with building a good product.
