Director of Integrated Marketing

We are seeking a highly capable, execution-driven Director of Integrated Marketing to serve as a strategic partner and operational right hand to the Head of Marketing. This role is responsible for connecting strategy to execution across all marketing channels and verticals-ensuring that messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives are cohesive, timely, and impactful. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and rolling up their sleeves to execute, with a strong understanding of consumer finance, lending ecosystems, and enterprise GTM motions.

What You’ll Own
Integrated Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple verticals
- Ensure consistency in messaging across web, sales materials, PR, events, and outbound efforts
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans with clear deliverables and timelines
Vertical & Industry Expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of Skeps’ key verticals and tailor messaging accordingly
- Apply knowledge of consumer financing models (prime, near-prime, non-prime, BNPL, co-branded credit) to create credible, compelling positioning
- Partner with sales and product to align messaging with real-world merchant and lender needs
Hands-On Execution
- Build, edit, and deploy marketing assets (presentations, one-pagers, web content, campaign materials)
- Support website updates, content rollout, and campaign launches
- Work directly in tools (e.g., HubSpot, CMS, presentation tools) to bring initiatives to life
Sales & GTM Alignment
- Act as a key partner to sales leadership to support enterprise pipeline development
- Build and refine sales enablement materials, narratives, and vertical-specific messaging
- Support ABM initiatives and targeted outreach strategies
Marketing Operations & Coordination
- Drive timelines, coordination, and accountability across internal teams and external vendors
- Help manage budget allocation, vendor deliverables, and campaign prioritization
- Ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and without bottlenecks
Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance across the funnel
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and ROI
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress and impact
What We’re Looking For
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing, growth, and GTM roles
- Strong background in financial services, fintech, enterprise SaaS or consumer lending ecosystems
- Deep familiarity with various credit products and concepts like credit tier differentiation, waterfall vs. multi-lender environments, BNPL, tertiary and co-branded credit and debit programs
- Proven ownership of end-to-end execution (not just strategy)
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with long, complex sales cycles
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear messaging
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Core Skillsets:
- Strong cross-functional leadership (sales, BD, product, client success)
- Demand generation + brand + sales enablement integration (not siloed experience)
- Experience with ABM strategies and enterprise pipeline development
- Comfort with data-driven marketing (reporting, attribution, ROI tracking)
